Shipping Information
We currently ship only within Europe (excluding the United Kingdom).
FLOW Online Store uses DPD or International Post for all shipments.
Orders are shipped from Vilnius, Lithuania (EU) within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
Standard delivery time within the European countries is estimated at 6–14 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery times may be longer during sale periods—please refer to the checkout page for the most accurate estimate.
Shipping Cost
All orders within the European Countries (except the UK) are subject to a shipping fee of 15 EUR, regardless of destination or order value.
We offer free standard delivery only within Lithuania for purchases of 100 EUR or more.
All orders are trackable, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure to provide a valid phone number and accurate shipping address with postal code, as the courier may need to contact you for successful delivery. Choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
