Dear customer,
If your item isn't quite right — whether you've chosen the wrong size, changed your mind, or it doesn’t fit as expected — you can return it within 14 days of delivery. We’re here to assist with the process.
At this time, return shipping is at the customer's expense. We do not provide pre-paid return labels or refund return shipping costs.
How to exchange & return online
1. Next to the product list mark the products you want to return.
2. Select one of the reason codes why you are returning an item.
3. Enclose this note with invoice into your parcel.
4. Arrange your return based on your location (see below):

You’re welcome to bring your item directly to our studio located at Subaciaus st. 17-33, Vilnius, LT-01300.
2. Customers within Europe (outside of Lithuania):
Please return your parcel via your local postal service using a tracked shipping method. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Free from stains, dirt, or signs of wear (no makeup or deodorant marks)
In their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS.
Return timeline:
Once we receive your return, we’ll email you a confirmation.
Returns are processed within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
You should see the funds within 2–6 working days, depending on your bank.
SHIPPING CHARGES AND IMPORT DUTIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
