Return & Exchange
If garment you have ordered is different from what you expected, if you have ordered the wrong size, decided the items do not fit you perfectly or wish to return it for any other reason we are ready to help you and you can do that within 14 days of delivery.
We do not offer a free returns service at the moment. All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
If you decide to return something, please note the items should be exactly as you received them: unaltered (no deodorant or make-up stains), unwashed, and unused. We are not able to accept returned items that have any dirt on them or have been worn or washed. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.

We will send you an email when the return is delivered to our warehouse. We will then check the return items, which should be in exactly the same condition you received them, in 2 days we will accept your return and confirm the refund.
Once the products have been checked and accepted, we will send you an email to confirm we have accomplished your refund. Your account will be credited within 2 - 4 working days, depending on your bank.

How to Exchange & Return Online
In case you are not happy with your purchase follow those steps to make a return:
1. Next to the product list mark the products you want to return.
2. Select one of the reason codes why you are returning an item.
3. Enclose this note with invoice into your parcel.
4. Return the parcel by filling form of our currier on this site: https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/032/FLOW. You have received active link to your e-mail address.
This return method is not valid for UK costumers. If you are UK costumer please send your return to FLOW studio: Subaciaus str. 17-33, Vilnius, LT-01300, Lithuania. Return expenses are not refundable.
Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. We always aim to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can.
Shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.
